If I understand correctly you must channelize the source CC data as well as you must set the target tracks to unique/custom midi channels according to the source data channelization you want to receive. You need to enable the 'Autodemix by midi channel..' in the Logic Project Settings ->Recording, to switch Logic into Multiplayer/Live mode as well..
